1 hour personalised sessions with a choice of calming/energising/balancing tailored treatments (for example my advanced Spinal Reflexology uses techniques on the feet to stimulate spinal nerve roots, aiming to treat internal organs, the vagus nerve and reduce symptoms).
Starting with cleansing your feet, a consultation leads into a uniquely enjoyable reflexology treatment, by pressing, massaging & activating pressure points on your soles, top of feet, ankles, calfs and occasionally hands. A foot massage ends the session with Reiki and chakra balancing included in the last part of my treatment.
Reflexology is based on the principle that all body organs, glands, and systems are reflected in the feet, hands, and ears—known as reflex points.
Each foot contains over 7,000 nerve endings connected to your body’s internal systems.
Using gentle pressure techniques with thumbs and fingers, signals are sent through the nervous system to the brain, stimulating the body’s healing processes.
Reflexology is associated with relaxation and stress relief, but its potential benefits extend so much further. The NHS use reflexology alongside conventional Medical treatments. By stimulating specific reflex points on your feet, such as the vagus nerve/spine, reflexology can help reduce pain signals and promote the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. A growing body of evidence suggests that reflexology can be beneficial for a variety of health issues having a positive effect on mental health, calming and balancing anxiety and stress, relieving pain, aiding blood circulation, boosting the immune system, improving mood, easing pain, aiding digestion, balancing hormone health. Stress (Male/Female/Teen), Anxiety, Sleep difficulties, emotional wellbeing, pain, fibromyalgia, ME, Fertility/IVF, hormone health, endometriosis are all conditions I have treated, to name a few.
Dating back to Egyption times (2330BC) it has been used for centuries to promote health and wellbeing. Associated with foot massage, reflexology is a far more complex and holistic approach to health, its technique is grounded in the belief that specific points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different organs and systems within the body. Through the application of pressure on these points, I aim to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, alleviate stress, restore balance with my unique combination of activating pressure point, chakra balance and reiki, all tailored to your individual needs.

About

Trained to the highest level in reflexology in 2012, my approach is rooted in both advanced technique and a deep understanding of the body, shaped by exceptional mentorship, global teachings and anatomy and physiology.

My connection to reflexology began in my teenage years, when it provided profound relief from endometriosis where conventional methods could not. This experience revealed the powerful synergy between holistic therapies and modern medicine—an approach that continues to guide my work today.

My path has been shaped by deeply personal experiences—from IVF and surgery to building businesses and navigating peri-menopause—each of which has strengthened my connection to the body and the importance of living in alignment with it. These experiences continue to inform how I care for my daughter and those closest to me, as well as the work I do today.

A longstanding belief in the power of organic, natural living led me to co-found a global online business with a team of like-minded CEOs. Together, we curated a considered collection of nutrition, food, and beauty products—each one personally tested for quality, efficacy, and integrity. Our aim was to simplify a crowded market and offer only what we genuinely believed in.

We were early pioneers in introducing exceptional UK brands including Wild Nutrition, Ancient + Brave, Kiki Health, and The Organic Pharmacy—names that continue to represent, in my view, the highest standard in natural wellbeing.

Earlier in my career, I founded a modelling agency, where I observed the powerful impact of natural products on skin and confidence, often recommending solutions such as Dr. Hauschka, which I trained in, with results that exceeded conventional approaches.

Alongside this, I have worked within galleries and developed a background in fine art and product photography, supported by my BA (Hons) degree.

Today, I bring together all of these experiences as a practitioner, with a continued passion for natural living and supporting others on their individual journeys—guided by a simple philosophy: to be as pure as possible, whilst living life to the full.
