I qualified as a reflexologist in 2012, to the highest level available, taught by an incredible lady who has travelled the world discovering everything she could learn about feet and the corresponding meridians, from gurus to monks, doctors & practioners everywhere from Egypt to Sri Lanka. To share her knowledge, teachings and passion is a privilege and honour.

My personal reflexology journey commenced in my teen years when it was the only treatment that helped with my endometriosis - not even medication could touch the pain I used to faint and throw up with every single month. It was a godsend and eye opener into how holistic therapy and nutrition can go hand in hand with conventional medicine. This was the first time I had been pain free for years. Everyone has their own opinions - I believe in the beautiful synergy of both combined when used under professional and expert guidance.

Fast forward to years of IVF and fertility treatment, operations, divorce, and peri menopause it has always played a huge role in my life and now my teen daughter and those closest to me.

The importance of all things organic led to my business I founded with a team of CEOs where a joint passion lead to an online store selling world wide. We cherry picked pure natural and organic nutrition, food and beauty products that we would personally test (via blood tests, taste, effects etc) only stocking what truly delivered results. Our aim to take the confusion out the market helped many. We were the first to stock many incredible brands in the uk, that still remain, in my opinion the best - Wild Nutrition, Ancient & Brave, Kiki Health, The organic pharmacy to name a few. I also had a modelling agency before my daughter was born where I would see huge results (beyond medication) from my recommending natural products to my models with skin issues, such as Dr Haushka (which I trained in). I have worked in galleries and been a fine art & product photographer which my BA (Hons) degree is in.

I am a Mother, Partner, friend, healer, photographer, lover of all things natural and organic and passionate about how I can help you on your journey….and still live by my company moto - to be as pure as possible whilst living life to the full.
